Principal’s Message

Dear Parents,

Sirius College has been treated to a variety of exciting and beneficial events over the past few weeks. I’d like to share some of these with you.

We’ve had plenty of fun and have learnt so many new things over the past few weeks! During science week our students worked on and presented a vast variety of projects and experiments. They also researched and became familiar with many great scientists and inventers of the past. We were also very pleased to celebrate the first 100 days of school with our amazing Foundation students. I really do appreciate all of the efforts put forward by everyone to make these events successful. Thank you all so much!

This month has also been a time to reflect on how fortunate we are for all the things we have, and to find so many different ways to help those who so desperately need it through the Qurban campaign. Generosity is a virtue we greatly value at Sirius College. Our students, staff and parents came up with so many brilliant ideas to help raise funds to help others.

Thank you all for all the great ideas and events which have been so successful.

In addition to all this we also have many exciting events coming up! Literacy and Numeracy week are a hit every year and we are hard at work preparing for this year. We are also looking forward to this year’s book parade and intercampus Spelling Bee and Science Olympiads. I wish all students who take part in these competitions the best of luck.

I would like to welcome Ms Sefika Aygun who recently joined Sirius College as a school Nurse. I wish her a happy and successful journey at Sirius College.

If you or anyone you know wishes to enrol their child to Sirius College, they may do so by filling in the online application form or contacting the school office as soon as possible, as we have limited vacancies remaining.
